Tips to speed up your lash sets

1. Pre line your lash tiles/ silicone pads & store away from dust

This will save you time in setting up your lashes during the start of the appointment

2. Use an adhesive with a dry time that matches your work speed

If you’re using a slower drying adhesive but you’re noticing a lot of stickies & you’re isolating correctly, it may be a sign you need to try a faster drying adhesive. In this case it will help you work at a faster pase where you can minimise the hassle of having to fix multiple stickies at the end of your sets

3. Use micropore tape over the bottom lashes after placing the eye pads down

This will help eliminate the chance of any bottom lashes peeping through & eye pads slipping down resulting in stickies which become harder to fix at the end of the set. It can also make your job harder when it comes to isolating if your bottom eye pads slide down.

4. Ensure you Have good lighting

Bad lighting is going to strain your eyes & make it harder for you to navigate your isolation. Limit yourself the pain by ensuring you have a good ring/ moon/ lash light.

If you lash in a room that has a lot of natural light you may need to close the curtains a little so that your lash light is the brightest lighting in the room.

5. Send out client waivers 24 hours before the appointment

Send out new client waivers prior to the appointment so that you aren’t stuck waiting for them to be complete & eating away the time you have for the application!
