How long does my order take to ship?
-Orders placed before 10am on a business day will be shipped the same day.
-Orders placed after 10am will be shipped the next business day.
-In rare/ busy circumstances (during sale periods) orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
-Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the next available business day

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Australia wide shipping flat rates:
Standard shipping (3-5 business days) $9
Express Shipping (1-3 business days) $12.95
All Australia wide orders over $500 receive FREE express shipping
Tracking numbers are emailed upon fulfilment of your order
Louvina Beauty is in no way responsible for any lost/ damaged or stolen packages during transit. We do not take responsibility or liability for packages where you have chosen no tracking or for packages that say confirmed delivery through tracking.

What is your return policy?
Louvina Beauty does not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind. Upon receiving your order throughly check everything to ensure all goods are up to standard. If there is a manufacturer fault within an item or product you may recieve a refund or exchange as long as a detailed description is emailed through to our team: contact@louvinabeauty.com
For refunds/ exchanges you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order & all products must be shipped back to us in their original condition & packaging with tracked shipping. Used goods are not entitled to a refund unless faulty.

What if my item is damaged/faulty?
If you recieve damaged goods that occurred during transit please notify our team within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will then lodge an investigation with the courier before we can start with refunds/exchanges.
Please note in some instances you may be required to post the damaged goods back to us so that we can further investigate
If items are deemed faulty - Refunds/ exchanges will be lodged within 5 days of us receiving your order returned. Please note this may take 3-5 business days to return into your account depending on your banking provider.
